Movement and learning about movement is my passion.


 Every class I take I am considering every clients movements and needs. We are all unique. I am fully dedicated to helping anyone on their fitness journey and I am constantly studying and learning from the many great teachers out there in regards to holistic health.

My learning has taken me through exercise referral and rehab for older adults and medical conditions. TRX, Pilates, strength training and lower backpain work within a group and personal training setting. Recently I have been discovering the neurological and holistic methods to moving and living well gaining Applied Movement Neurology and holistic health qualifications. 

Its not just our muscular system that benefits from exercise. Our organs, senses and mind are also greatly influenced or the driving force of exercise, health and movement.

 Our bodies truly are amazing and what we eat and how we move gives us the ability to make them the best place we will ever have to live.

Mindful movement is all about where you want to be in your movement journey. Whether you are just beginning, recovering from injury, have pain in your body, or just want to reconnect with the basics, this is the place to start thinking about how it feels when you move.
 Learn how you can connect your breathing and movements  in such away to build strong confident relationship with your body.
  

Strength in Movement is about taking your body through greater ranges of movement safely and efficiently to maximize your strength potential. 
Using body, resistance or actual weight it will enhance the building of muscle increasing strength throughout your entire body. 
This will help with strength goals and performing daily activities while decreasing the chance of ailments and injuries using slow controlled movements.

Energise your cardiovascular system and put an extra spring in your step by increasing the speed and intensity of your workouts. If you've learnt the basics you will have no problem pushing your body to its peak performance to leave you feeling great and full of energy.

Fully instructed sessions

Our classes are designed so you will have full instruction and breakdown of the exercises whether you are at home working out or taking part in one of our virtual classes.
Whether you are a beginner, injured or more advanced there is an exercise for you. All our classes cater for all levels where different modifications are given so you can move where you feel most comfortable. Alternatively, we can provide you with a programme to follow if you have a specific goal or rehabilitation you wish to pursue.
